Mission

To create a scholarly platform for contextual theological interaction that promotes intellectual and theological development, sound biblical understanding, ethical ministry, interdisciplinary dialogue, and informed Christian responses to contemporary challenges affecting the Church and society.

Overall objective

To promote sound biblical theology, theological scholarship, ministerial excellence, and ethical Christian practice by providing an inclusive platform for research, dialogue, education, public engagement, and sensitisation. The Association seeks to equip the Church and society with biblically grounded responses to contemporary issues while fostering sustainable Christian beliefs and practices that contribute to contextual and holistic transformation.

Four objectives

  1. 01

Promote theological scholarship and intellectual transformation through research, publications, and scholarly interactions that advance sound biblical understanding and Christian thought.

  2. 02

Strengthen ministerial capacity, integrity, and ethical practice by providing theological resources, training, and dialogue that equip Christian leaders for faithful ministry.

  3. 03

Encourage contextual theological engagement by examining contemporary challenges and indigenous knowledge, beliefs, and practices through informed biblical and scholarly perspectives.

  4. 04

Create platforms for education, sensitisation, and public engagement through conferences, seminars, workshops, and other activities that promote relevant Christian responses to issues affecting the Church and society.

Motto

"Sustainable Beliefs, Education and Practices."

Sustainable Beliefs, Education and Practices refers to a holistic approach to Christian faith that promotes enduring biblical convictions, continuous theological learning, and faithful living that remain relevant and impactful across generations.

The motto expresses the Association's conviction that healthy Christian ministry is built upon three inseparable pillars.

  1. 01

    Sustainable Beliefs

Sustainable Beliefs are biblical convictions that are firmly grounded in Scripture, theologically sound, and resilient in the face of changing cultural, social, and intellectual challenges. They are beliefs that nurture spiritual maturity and remain faithful to the gospel.

  2. 02

    Sustainable Education

Sustainable Education is the continuous process of theological learning, research, intellectual development, and public engagement that equips Christians to understand, articulate, and apply biblical truth effectively in contemporary contexts.

  3. 03

    Sustainable Practices

Sustainable Practices are ethical, ministerial, and social actions that consistently reflect Christian values, demonstrate integrity, promote justice, care for creation, and contribute to the well-being of the society.
